ChatGPT Access Environment Checker
Use this page when ChatGPT won't open, login keeps looping, Plus / Team behaves differently across devices, or API access doesn't match the browser. EnvTrace checks the browser and network signals your environment presents, then shows whether the issue looks like access region, session persistence, network consistency or account-environment stability.
What this ChatGPT check helps you separate
ChatGPT access problems often look the same from the outside. The report separates the environment layers so you know whether to inspect the network, the browser session or the developer path.
Access region and IP location
ChatGPT reads the IP and region your browser presents. We show whether that region lines up with your timezone and language so you can tell if the environment looks coherent before you sign in.
Session persistence
Login loops often come from cookies, local storage, third-party-cookie behavior or a system clock that is out of sync. These are small browser settings, but they decide whether a session can stay signed in.
Network consistency
WebRTC, IPv4 and IPv6 can reveal different network routes from the same browser. If those routes point to different regions, ChatGPT can see a session that looks less stable than the page feels to you.
Product path differences
ChatGPT Web, Plus / Team and API calls do not always use the same path. A browser scan helps with the web session, while API and workspace problems may also depend on terminal egress, organization settings or billing region.
Use the report before you troubleshoot
The fastest path is to check the layers in order: region, session, network, then developer or billing items outside the browser.
- Start with IP region, timezone and language. They should tell one consistent story.
- Check session readiness next: cookies, localStorage, third-party-cookie behavior and system time.
- Review WebRTC and IPv6 so a second route is not contradicting your main IP region.
- If the browser result looks fine but API or workspace access still differs, check the terminal/server egress, workspace settings and billing region separately.
- Run the check again after changes so you can confirm which signal moved.
