EnvTrace is a free browser-based environment checker. This page explains what signals the tool reads, what is processed by third parties, and what we do not ask you to provide.

What EnvTrace checks
When you run a check, EnvTrace reads environment signals that websites can normally see from your browser, device and network. These can include browser version, screen traits, timezone, language, WebGL/audio/canvas-derived signals, WebRTC exposure and your public IP information.
The tool is designed to show risk signals before you log into important accounts. You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide platform credentials to use it.
Data we do not request
EnvTrace does not ask for passwords, account cookies, payment details, identity documents or access to your platform accounts.
Do not enter sensitive account data into EnvTrace. The check is based on the environment your browser already presents, not on private account contents.
Client-side processing and third-party lookups
Most browser and fingerprint checks run locally in your browser. IP location and network information may be requested from third-party IP lookup providers, such as ipapi.co or api.ipify.org, so those providers may receive your IP address as part of the lookup.
Because these providers are outside EnvTrace, their own privacy practices apply to the requests they receive.
Cookies and storage
The current free checker does not require a user account and does not require tracking cookies to run.
Some browser storage or clipboard features may be used by your browser only when you interact with page features, such as copying a report link.
Important limitation
EnvTrace is an informational diagnostic tool. It cannot see every private signal used by platforms, and it cannot guarantee whether any account will pass review, avoid verification or avoid suspension.
